Description : 1. EPC Contract - Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the Conversion of 2 x 110 MW Simple Cycle Gas Turbine to Combined Cycle Power Plant. 2. The Kpone Thermal Power Plant consist of two (2) GT11N2/EV Alstom Gas Turbine Generators (GTG) which have been in operation since June of 2016. The VRA wishes to convert the 2x110MW simple cycle plant to a combined cycle plant by the addition of two (2) HRSGs and two (2) Steam Turbines to form two independent combined cycle trains. 3.
