- Tenders are invited for Supply of Protective Clothing and Linen. All applicants must meet these requirements: o Introductory letter on a letter head of the Company. o Legal status/ company’s registration with registrar general department etc. o Renewed copies of GRA/IRS, VAT, SSNIT, Labour Clearance Certificate. o Pharmacy council certificates (medicines) o Food and Drugs Board Certificate (medicines & non medicines) o Copy of relevant class of ministry of water resource, works and housing certificate o Manufacturers authorisation (if applicable) o Two (2) recent referees from well-established institutions which your company has done business with. Interested applicants are expected to pay a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and fifty Ghana Cedi (GHc150.00) for a registration form from the Procurement Office. Suppliers and contractors who are already registered with us are also encouraged to renew their registration to ensure continuity of business.
