- General Procurement Notice for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of 218 No. Solar off-Grid Electrification Systems for Public Community Energy Centers, Educational and Health Facilities in Selected Communities in Bono East, Savannah and Northern Regions Bid Security: USD 20000/-. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00Hrs GMT - 16:00Hrs GMT at Address 1 given below. 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to Address 1 below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Fifty Dollars (US$250) (for foreign bidders) or GHS2,500 (for local bidders). The method of payment will be by cash or wire transfer. The document will be picked by hand (local bidders) and sent by mail (foreign bidders). 7. Bids must be delivered to Address 2 below on or before 10.00 Hours GMT (10.00am Local Time) on 14 March 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at Address 2 below.
