- Tenders are invited for Supply of Clinical/Hospital Equipment. Any other such related suppliers or services as may be required for effective functioning of the Polyclinic. All applicants are required to pick up a registration form at a non-refundable fee of GHc100.00 at the Procurement Unit and provide the following: o A brief introductory letter indicating location, address, contact number/person and areas of specialisation/interest. o Valid Business Registration Certificate and Certificate to Commence Business o Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (Evidence of Exemption if applicable) o Valid Pharmacy Council Certificate (if applicable) o Food and Drugs Authority Certificate (if applicable) o Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate o Valid Works and Housing Certificate (if applicable) o Any other relevant certificate/document should be made available Interested eligible companies who wish to be considered may submit their application to the address provided below.
