Tender Description : THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA (HEREINAFTER CALLED "BORROWER") HAS APPLIED FOR FINANCING FROM THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (IDA) (THE "BANK") IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT, TOWARDS THE COST OF THE TRANSPORT SECTOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (TSIP). THE DRIVER AND VEHICLE LICENSING AUTHORITY (DVLA), AN IMPLEMENTING AGENCY OF THE CLIENT INTENDS TO APPLY A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS OF THIS CREDIT TO PAYMENT UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR WHICH THIS REQUEST FOR BIDS IS ISSUED.
