- General Procurement Notice for Provision of Internet Connectivity for District Offices The bidding document in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00). The method of payment will be Cash or Banker-s draft in the name of Ghana Cocoa Board. 6. All Bids must be accompanied by the corresponding Bid Security as indicated in the table above from a Reputable Bank in Ghana. 7. A Pre-Bid meeting shall be held during which details of the COCOBOD infrastructure would be presented along with the list of locations. This meeting will take place at 11.00 am on 9th April 2021 at COCOBOD Board room, Room 406.
