- INVITATION FOR TENDERS The Ministry of Health has received financing from the Government of Ghana and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Items to support the program of work of the Ministry. It is mandatory for tenderers to submit their tenders with copies of the following documents below. The documents below shall form part of the evaluation criteria. • Certificates of Incorporation / Business Registration Certificate with up-to-date renewal receipt • Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificates, • VAT Registration Certificate, • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, • Valid PPA Registration Certificate • Company Form A/Form 3/Form 4 (depending on the type of company) • Audited Financial Accounts for 2021 and 2022 • Letters of Comfort from your Bankers • Copies of two (2) past Contracts • One year Manufacturer-s warranty
