- The State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA) is established by the State Interests and Governance Authority Act, 2019 (Act 990) to oversee and administer the States Interests in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Joint Venture Companies (JVCs) and other State Entities (OSEs) and to provide for related matters. The State Interests and Governance Authority with support from the World Bank-s Public Financial Management for Service Delivery Program (PFM4SD) intends to apply part of its budgetary to fund for eligible payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Laptop Computers.
