Description : Consultancy Service for the Preparation of Environmental and Social Management Plan for Selected E-Waste Pilot Sites.The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through the Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Africa Environmental Health and Pollution Management Programme (AEHPMP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.The overall objective of this assignment is to conduct an environmental and social impacts assessment on the selected sites for the piloting of investments in e-waste dismantling and holding centers in Ghana under the AEHPMP, in order to prepare an Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs) to mitigate risks to any anticipated environmental and social impacts arising from the implementation of the interventions, in accordance with the requirements of the World Bank.The consulting services (“the Services”) include: assessment of environmental and social impacts of the interventions at the proposed pilot sites; preparation of site-specific Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs) through the preparation of comprehensive description of proposed projects, undertaking of field investigations or studies through stakeholder engagements, socio-economic survey, flora and fauna assessment, hydrological assessment, air quality assessment, noise impact assessment, traffi...
