Tender Description : The Procurement Process will be conducted in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 633) and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914).A complete set of tender documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested and eligible tenderers between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm and from 29TH January to 22TH February, 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHȼ 350.00 for each LOT at the college-s account office.Tenderers are required to submit the following as part of Tender.a. A Valid Certificate to Commence Businessb. A Valid Certificate of Incorporation c. FORM A-- Or Form 3--d. A Valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificatee. A Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificatef. Public Procurement Authority Certificate or Proof of Registration g. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate of Classification Class D1 (Works) All tenders must be delivered on or before 12:30pm, THURSDAY 22TH February, 2024 at the College-s account Office where a tender box would be placed.Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives at the Institutions Coffee Room.
