Tender Description : The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the eTransform Project Additional Financing and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Network Connectivity and Equipment for GARNET Institutions. The Ministry of Communications & Digitalisation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Network Connectivity and Equipment for GARNET Institutions. The scope will cover: • A Last Mile Fibre from GARNET PoPs to Member Institutions.• Connectivity to at least sixty (60) Institutions.• GARNET Primary PoP (NITA Datacentre, Accra) and Secondary PoP (NITA KNUST, Kumasi) respectively.• Equipment and software must support multiple instances of Learning Management Systems).• Support and Maintenance of the services
