Tenders are invited for Needs Assessment Report to Inform Economic Inclusion Programming in Urban Areas of Ghana Assignment Description The World Banks Ghana Social Protection and Jobs Team invites firms to submit Technical Proposals which include a detailed methodology to inform elements of a Needs Assessment that will inform the roll out of economic inclusion programming in urban areas. Focus shall be on urban areas in the five regions most affected by COVID-19, namely Greater Accra Region, Ashanti Region, Western Region, Eastern Region, and Volta Region. The Needs Assessment is expected to inform i. the types of potential beneficiaries; ii. economic activities of beneficiaries, including those that are most viable in the local (and international) markets; iii. challenges and mitigations for conducting such work in urban areas; and iv. potential partners needed for such a program to thrive.
