Description : BACKGROUND: The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) is currently undertaking the decommissioning of the Saltpond oil field and is seeking to engage a qualified Consultancy firm with relevant industry knowledge and experience in decommissioning operations to technically review the decommissioning processes to-date, advise and recommend a viable and financially robust solution for the completion of the decommissioning of the field.GNPC now invites eligible consultancy firms to indicate their interest in providing the service. Information to be provided include: Description and experience in executing similar assignments, Organizational setup, partnerships/relationship charts, ownership and beneficiary structures, brochures, availability of appropriate skills among key staff, required licensing and professional registrations, verifiable proof of commercial and financial capabilities, Power of Attorney of contact person(s) for any possible further communications etc. Statutory documents including Letter of Interest, Company profile, Valid Certificate of Registration of Firm, Valid Petroleum Commission Permit, Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable), Valid Certificate of Registration from PPA.
