Tenders are invited for Ministry of Health Ghana Data Needs and Interoperability Assessment. Issue Date and Time: Apr 17,2023 04:00 Closing Date and Time: Apr 25,2023 03:59 This Terms of Reference outlines technical and capacity-building support to Ghana-s MoH to document data needs and develop a routine analytic workplan and interoperability roadmap to support the deployment of a National Health Database Platform. This includes: 1) mapping service delivery, health financing and survey data collection systems, documenting data governance structures and assessing interoperability of systems; 2) establishing core data sets for routine reporting and supporting development of an analytic workplan; and 3) developing a service delivery and financial data roadmap driven by information that stakeholders require to enhance programmatic and financial decision-making in the health sector. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
