Title : MANAGEMENT OF GUEST HOUSE
Description : 1. BACKGROUNDThe Ellembelle District Assembly (EDA) has completed a ten (10) rooms guest house at Azuleloanu in the Ellembelle District of Western Region, Ghana with funding from District Assembly-s Common Fund (DACF).The objective for the construction of the guest house is to have a sustainable source of revenue for Persons with Disability (PWD) in the district beyond government-s quarterly intervention through the District Assembly-s Common Fund (DACF) Secretariat.The Ellembelle District Assembly (EDA) want to outsource the management of the guest house to a third-party facility Manager for a period of ten (10) years renewable upon satisfactory performance.2. OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENTThe prospective Service Provider shall;(a) ensure that the facility is suitable for habitation at all times.(b) work closely with all stakeholders through the department of Social Welfare and Community Development.3. SCOPE OF SERVICESThe prospective Service Provider shall perform the following functions:1. Manage all aspects of the project including routine maintenance.2. Ensure that, there are adequate and proper record keeping on all activities and transactions on the facility.4. COMPETENCY AND EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTSInterested Service Providers should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
