- EXPRESSION OF INTERESTREGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS/CONTRACTORS (EOI/GH/2023/001)Fund Manager for ‘Ghana Sanitation Fund (GSF)-UNICEF is supporting the Government of Ghana (GoG) in implementing an innovative financing approach under the GoG-UNICEF Multi-Year Work Plan. In this regard, the GoG-UNICEF Program is planning to establish a financial vehicle that will offer affordable loans within the WASH sector and with specific effort towards improving access to household sanitation and water, and sanitation and water within institutions like hospitals, clinics, schools, and other public buildings.For this purpose, UNICEF is coordinating the effort to establish a Fund/Financial Structure, the Ghana Sanitation Fund (GSF) managed by an independent Fund Manager to oversee, manage, execute, and monitor the lending portfolio towards Large/Medium Enterprises and Small/Medium Enterprises (LME-s, SME-s), various categories of Financial Service Providers (FSPs), and eventually to households.
