- The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Ghana, invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the supply of fuel (diesel and petrol) with the use of electronic fuel card.UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with the initial duration of three-year(s), potentially extendable for a further period of one plus one (1+1) year.
