  • FORMATIVE RESEARCH TO INFORM DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH INTERVENTIONS To accomplish these objectives, the service provider will develop the following components as part of their services:Preparation Literature review: Assess key drivers and barriers to a career path for community health workers (both cadres), based on existing literature and studies previously conducted in Ghana and the region; including interviews with key informants or experts. Develop research protocol and qualitative data collection tools with UNICEF.Review UNICEF's Focus Group Discussions on CHW Work Guidance and Base Protocols Draft and propose any adaptation for key groups that need to be considered as per the Ghanaian context.Develop an implementation plan and timeline for data collection and analysis.Develop ERB proposal and provide technical support for corresponding Ethical Review Board (ERB) approval process prior to study deployment, including preparing technical documentation and answering corresponding ERB questions on specific study design, methodology, and implementation
