Extension of the building to accommodate additional office spaces A. Architectural Works 1. Design and construction of accepted solution for sewage management and additional office spaces in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations. 2. Integration of the new office spaces with existing structure while maintaining architectural coherence. 3. Provision of suitable entryways, exits, and accessibility features. 4. Installation of windows, doors, and partitions as required. 5. Finishing works including painting, flooring, and ceiling installations. B. Civil Works 1. Excavation and preparation of the site for the construction of the accepted solution for sewage management 2.
