Tender Description : Engagement Of Consultant To Access The Treatment Outcomes Among Pediatric HIV Patients On Dolutegravir (DTG) -10mg In Ghana.The Government of Ghana through the Ministry of Health/ Ghana Health Service (GHS) has received the Global Fund-s New Funding Model to support the implementation of the National HIV/AIDS Control Programme (NACP) activities within the current Strategic plan, 2021-2025.The WHO suggested dolutegravir (DTG) as a first-line ART treatment option for adult Persons Living with HIV (PLHIV) in low- and middle-income countries. After the effective roll out of DTG for adults in several countries including Ghana, WHO again recommended the use of DTG among pediatric clients. The new generic version of dolutegravir (DTG) called pediatric dolutegravir 10 mg dispersible tablets (pDTG) is appropriate for children living with HIV who are less than 4 weeks of age and weigh at least 3 kg but less than 20 kg.
