The Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its share of the budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments for the procurement of the project described below.2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Ghana Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Act, 2003, (Act 663) as (Amended) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3.
