Tender Description : The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the eTransform Project Additional Financing and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Development of Knowledge and Skills Cloud Based Platform which will Aggregate Digital Content for Upload.The Ministry of Communications & Digitalisation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Development of Knowledge and Skills Cloud Based Platform which will Aggregate Digital Content for Upload. The scope will cover among others to:► Design - Conceptualize and design the GKSB in alignment with leading practices worldwide► Build - Build the GKSB from ground using existing or purposely developedtechnologies in line with best in class architectural and user experience practices► Test - Test the solution taking into consideration specific market nuances► Deploy - Deploy the solution nationwide across low and high latent environments► Transfer - Manage a training regime that enables knowledge transfer between the Vendor and the Buyer.The bidding document in English may be downloaded or emailed free of charge.
