- Tenders are invited for Design, Installation, Training, Services and Maintenance of Integrated Security System for GCAA. 3. Tenderers may obtain further information from the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm weekdays from 5th February, 2018. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 148 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Not less than Two Percent (2%) of the Total Tender Price. 5. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 AM on 5th March, 2018. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend, at the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority Headquarters Conference Room at 11.00AM on 5th March, 2018.
