Description : A. Objective of the Assignment:To collect debts in a professional and efficient manner, while maintaining a positive relationship with the encroachers. B. Scope of WorkThe scope of the assignment will include:• Collect outstanding debts from encroachers• Negotiate payment plans and settlement subject to the approval of MDPI management• Provide regular reporting and update on the collection activities• Comply all applicable laws and regulations.• Maintain physical presence on site for MDPI.C.
