Description : The management of Ghana Statistical Service (GSS), in its programmed dissemination of results of the 2021 Population and Housing Census (PHC) is the production of the Analytical Reports. These reports will be the outputs of deeper analysis that unravel relationships across a wide array of socio-demographic and economic issues and policy instruments. The Service therefore seeks to bring together researchers, policymakers and implementers and staff of GSS to undertake this exercise.Premised on the above, the Service is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EoI) from individual researchers to lead the production of 2021 PHC Analytical Reports.The lead researchers will be required to perform the following tasks: 1. Work with a team consisting of one policymaker, one staff from the Ghana Statistical Service and one junior researcher to prepare the reports; 2. Conduct inception meetings with the relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to align their strategic plan with the research objectives;3. Harness and use multiple data sources including the 2021 PHC to undertake the research;4. Conduct the requisite analysis to provide an integrated, comprehensive and robust findings and recommendations;5. Submit draft report to GSS;6. Undertake results and recommendation validation meetings with colleague researchers and policymakers; 7. Revise and finalise reports based on comments from Editors; 8. Submit a final report to GSS9.
