• Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy to Conduct National Health Insurance Scheme (Nhis) GIZ TSR Indonesia project is currently seeking a Consulting company for Consolidation of KADIN Capacity Development Pilot Project Implementation. The detail services is set forth in the attached of Term of Reference and other annexes. Should you be interested in participating in this tender, please submit the proposal at latest by Monday, 04 December 2023 at 17.00 p.m. Local time. Any proposal arriving after the deadline will not be considered. The scope of works includes: • Coordinate with the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) the acquisition of personnel and logistics to conduct National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) enrolment or registration. • Negotiate and agree with the NHIA premiums payment mechanisms. • Insure or organise payment of premiums to the NHIA. • Mobilise and sensitise the beneficiary target groups about the importance of getting enrol on the NHIS. • Conduct NHIS enrolment or registration for 60.000 people from vulnerable, economic and religious groups in collaboration with the NHIA. • Document and report on the results of the consultancy. Experience and Qualifications of the Consultant/ Contractor: • At least 10 years of working experience in the domain of health and/ or social protection. • At least 5 years of experience in health and other community-based interventions. • Experience in working with the Ghana National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) and the Ghana Health Service (GHS). • Have access to a pool of experts in the domain of health and/ or social protection. • High communication skills in English - written and oral. • Working experience with the implementing partners (as indicated in the TOR) is an advantage Interested consultants/ contractors with proven experience in this area of work are kindly requested to express their interest for the above-mentioned project.
