Tender Description : The EASTERN REGIONAL CO-ORDINATING COUNCIL (ERCC), KOFORIDUA has received funds from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to cover the cost of INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT WORK and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS DEVELOPMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURES IN THE EASTERN REGION OF GHANATender is open to all eligible tenderers as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.The ERCC invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS DEVELOPMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURES IN THE EASTERN REGION OF GHANA1. . Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, Amended Act 2016 (Act 914) and is open to all eligible tenderers with Ministry of Works and Housing classification certificate D2K2.2. A complete set of Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 500.00) for each set. The method of payment will be by cash. The tender document shall be obtained personally.
