Description:
The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of its Budgetary Allocation to cover eligible payments for the construction of 3-Storey Office Complex for the FDA at Tamale in the Northern Region, Ho in the Volta Region and Kumasi in the Ashanti Region. The Works consist of: Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 • Excavation and Groundworks • Blockwork • Concrete works • Roofing • Floor and wall finishes • Metal works • External works Project Duration is Ten (10) months. Tender Security is Forty Thousand (GHC 40,000.00)per lot More details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT.
