Contract Name: Construct and Furnishing of 1No.3 Unit Classrom Block with Office and Staff Common Room, 6-Unit KVIP with Urinal and 1No. Borehole with Handpump at Aponposu Contract No: AR/ANDA/WK/005/25 1. 1. The ADANSI NORTH DISTRICT ASSEMBLY now invites sealed Tenders (“Tenders”) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (“Tenderers”) to provide the works referenced above. 2. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bill of Quantities, Specification, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT which can be accessed through the Ghana Electronic Procurement System (GHANEPS) of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) using the link https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh/epps/app/searchPlan.do. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section II. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 3. A Contractor will be selected using the National Competitive Tendering procedures prescribed in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended, which can be accessed on the PPA website www.ppa.gov.gh. 4.
