- The WFP Ghana Country Office seeks to conduct a Digital Landscape Analysis of Ghana for the "Youth Economic Empowerment through Digitalization for Resilience in Food and Nutrition Security and Improved Livelihoods" project.The primary objective of the study is to gather vital data and insights essential for designing and implementing digital initiatives that effectively empower the youth, leveraging existing strengths while addressing prevalent challenges. Specifically, it aims to:• Gain comprehensive insights into Ghana's current state of digitalization, with a keen focus on identifying opportunities and highlighting the gaps within the digital landscape.• Ensure that digitalization initiatives implemented by WFP align with the national priorities and contribute to the broader development agenda of the country.• Identify opportunities for collaboration with the various stakeholders including the NGOs, public and private sectors to harness the strengths of these entities and drive effective and sustainable digitalization efforts across the country.• Establish clear benchmarks and metrics that will enable the assessment of the outcomes resulting from digital-related interventions and measurement of the impact of these investments.The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to undertake an in-depth digital landscape analysis. Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate in the bidding process for the proposedtender.Eligibility to participate in the proposed tender will be determined on the basis of the following.• Proven Technical and Financial Capacity to provide quality work.• Presence and previous experience in Ghana.• A minimum of an advanced University degree, a master's degree or equivalent in ICTengineering or any other closely related subject. A PhD in related fields will be an added advantage.• Legally registered organisation with capacity to enter a contract.• 3 years of relevant Experience
