Tenders are invited for Channelization by Excavation to Design Cross Sections, Stone Lining and Construction of Foot Bridges Within Selected Sections of Nsukwao River Channel (LOT 1). The Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development, Acting Through the New Juaben South Municipal Assembly (the “Employer”), Intends to Apply a Portion of The Ghana Secondary Cities Support Program Funding to Eligible Payments Under Contracts for Which This Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) Is Issued. Any Payments Made Under the Proposed Contracts Will Be Subject, in All Respects, to The Terms and Conditions of The Funding and Conditions to The Disbursement of Funding. No Party Other than The Government and The Employer Shall Derive Any Rights from The Funding or Have Any Claim to The Proceeds of The Funding. Non Refundable Fee: GHS 500/-.
