Mfa Seeks to Subcontract Accredited Transaction Advisors to Offer Transaction Advisory Services for Smes Looking to List and Raise Financing of $250k and above via Capital Markets. Transaction Advisor Provider shall Provide Services to Firms with the Sole Intention to List Their Securities, Shares and/or Bonds, on the Ghana Stock Exchange and/or the Ghana Alternative market.services under Possible Scope of Work for Firms may Include, but is not Limited to the following: • the Company should Agree with the Transaction Advisor to Assist it to List Securities on the Gse or Gax. • File Application, Financial and Other Documents, and Prospectus of Company, and Other Documents with the Exchange on Behalf of the Company; • Vouch for the Suitability of Applicant for Listing; • Examine the Composition of the Company's Board of Directors for Corporate Governance Activities, Competence And Integrity; And • may Make a Market in the Company's Securities.
