Description:
Appraisal of The Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) Enterprise Risk Management Framework. This consulting assignment will support the Infrastructure Finance, PPPs and Guarantees (IPG) global practice of the World Bank in appraising the enterprise risk management (ERM) of the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) and provide the necessary inputs to guide their improvement. This will be done through a review of GIIFs policies, practices as well as the portfolio and pipeline. Based on a review of the existing GIIF Strategic Plan, best practice and where relevant, relating the findings to relevant market trends; help define Risk Taxonomy and Key Risk Indicators; and provide the templates for documentation, Terms of Reference and specifications for information systems that would be needed to support the effective implementation of the GIIF ERM.
