Tender Description : The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received a Loan from the Export-Import Bank of Korea (‘Bank ) from the resources of the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) of the Republic of Korea in the amount of Ninety Million US Dollars (USD 90,000,000) towards the cost of ‘The Establishment of University of Environment and Sustainable Development, Project, Bunso (‘UESD Bunso Project ) and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for ‘the Procurement for The Establishment of University of Environment and Sustainable Development Project, Bunso .2. The Ministry of Education (the ‘Project Executing Agency ), the Republic of Ghana invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement for the Establishment of the University of Environment and Sustainable Development (UESD) Project, Bunso. (i) Construction works for:- Total Gross Floor: 43,237m² (excluding deck area) which consists of Headquarters, School of Agriculture, School of Engineering and other Supporting Facilities.(ii) Supply and Installation of Educational Equipment and ICT System- Educational Equipment and Furniture for Schools, Laboratories, Workshops and Supporting Facilities.- ICT Network (Wired/Wireless Network) System in the Campus- ICT Hardware System (Equipment) of the Campus Information System- ICT Software System (Campus Information System, E-Library System, Groupware System, Homepage System)(iii) Capacity Building - Overseas Training in Korea- Local Training in Ghana (Korean Expert Dispatch)- Master s Degree Program in Korea(iv) Post-project Operational Support (Maintenance Manpower Support for two (2) years after the completion of the Project)- ICT Equipment and Software- Curriculum Implementation
