- Tenders are invited for Providing of Consultancy Service: Draft Legal Framework for Mineral Revenue Management. Submission Guidelines and Requirements The Expression of Interest must indicate the competencies of the key personnel who would carry out the assignment preferably detailed knowledge of public financial management, taxation, natural resource economics, experience in policy, planning and budgeting processes for socio-economic development in Ghana All experts for the assignment must be fluent in written and spoken English. A leader from among the experts selected by the Consultant shall oversee all aspects of the assignment. Apart from coordinating the content of the outputs, the team leader will be responsible for overall quality control and performance of the consulting team. Expression of Interest must be in English and submitted in hard copies. The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff etc.). Shortlisting criteria include responsiveness to the requirements set forth in this Request for Expressions of Interest, Relevant past performance/experience, evidence of similar work done, Technical expe'rtise/experience of the consultancy firm and its staff. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
