- Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of a 100kw Solar Energy Additional Information: 8. All Tenderers are required to attach copies of the under listed Documents to their tenders: a. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate b. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Clearance Certificate c. Company Registration Certificate d. VAT Certificate e. Valid Certificate of Incorporation f. Valid Certificate of Commencement g. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/Evidence of Tax Exception, if Excepted h. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate i. Energy Commission License and any other related License j. Power of Attorney k. Site visit report l. Manufacturer’s/Dealer’s Authorisation m. Technical Specifications/ picture imagery n. Audited Financial Statement for the last two years Tenders shall be valid for a period of 148 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Not less than Two Percent (2%) of the Total Tender Price.
